Hello Operamen,

I have the question about M2 IMAP implementation.
ATM I use Opera-Next 11.50 build 1037. I has quite a nasty
regression of being unable to properly clean up its mail
folder caches or indexes. From what I've seen in comments
for a couple of latest snapshots, this affects RSS caches
or indexes too. But since I never clean up RSS myself,
I never encountered that problem there.

So my question is if there is a way to cleanly drop all
IMAP mail caches and/or indexes to make Opera refetch
them all from the IMAP server w/o having to delete and
recreate the whole account.

Well, resubscribing to all the IMAP folders works the
way I want, but it's not possible to do this for INBOX
folder, as it is considered essential and unsubscribing
is forbidden.

So if it's possible to shut Opera down, delete some files
in the personal directory and then start it again, that
would be the best workaround for this issue for me.
