Ok. If opera teams try to correct this bug, maybe it could be
interesting to check if there's not a problem with -noraise option too
(because, also with -newwindow the -noraise seems not to work too).
However I don't see any problem with -noraise and using tabs.

Should I report a bug using opera bug report mechanism or is this email
sufficient ?
