Hmm, things fall apart immediately on clean startup.
I.e. `opera-next -pd <SOME_NONEXISTENT_DIR>` shows license window with
described behavior (whatever was on screen before remains).
I press Enter to accept the agreement and here is what I see next.

The window title keeps changing in response to the loading process,
I can create a new tab, window, whatever, the process is alive,
I exit with Ctrl-Q.

Well, unless snapshot 1360 blacklists my card, HWA works with it.
