I meant that HWA is off by default now.
So breakage could only be achieved by manually mangling the configuration.

Ok, I have HWA off and WebGL on.
There is no breakage but it doesn't work either. :-)

The first two examples say 'WebGL not supported'.
The third one -- Your graphics card does not seem to support WebGL.

Now the window contents is loaded and displayed once but never updated  
after that.
Even Speed Dial isn't shown.
Switching desktops leaves 'what it was on screen before'.
