Anyone know the name of the One Main product mod?

Hi

I am trying to find out what the name of the mod is called that lets you add One Main product to the default.php page on my website?

I know it isnt featured products as that is to let you have a few products, it is a mod that lets you have one big box at the top of the page just for one product.

I have searched high and low and can not find the name of it to download it, does anyone know it please?
Or if you have a link for it Iwould appeciate it even more!
