Is SEC depend on the system ?

Since it has quantity break and text input options, I am starting to test a site. When I connect my office computer, windows 2000 and a lot of memory, to a server, all the options in a sample product show in the product edit mode. No problems in here. When I connect to use a home computer, window 98, the options table such as color, color ink and etc. are not shown in the product edit mode. The product desc. product images & url are shown in the edit mode. Is this a system, browser problem ? Any suggestion ?
