This was made from either 1.5 or 1.6 ... in theory the checkboxes are there too.

I did not put a lot into the checkboxes, but the Radio Buttons work and Text attributes.

I also added a feature that if you only have one option in a dropdown ... it automatically switches to a selected Radio Button so the customer does not waste time clicking a dropdown with only one selection.

Later, if you add more options it will automatically revert back to the dropdown again.
