help error in additional image install

I intalled this in MS1 and all the buttons show up but when I hit delete image button I get this error1146 - Table 'usavpykj_osc1.additional_images' doesn't exist

SELECT additional_images_id, images_description, medium_images FROM additional_images where products_id = '26'

I uploaded all the sql files.
Help
