SEC v2.2 with easy populate Access Denied

Hi,

I hope someone can help, its maybe me being stupid but maybe not.  I've installed SEC v2.2 and all is working well.  I have also installed easy populate but get the following error when clicking on it in the admin menu.

Access Denied  
 
No Right Permission Access 
 Please contact your Web Administrator to request 
 more access or if you found any problem.
 
This error comes from /admin/forbiden.php

Any ideas?
