Error in inserting banner !

I have installed the affiliate module. it runs smooth but at the moment i have one error. In administration, when i try to insert a banner for the affiliate, it works fine. then when an affiliate log in and try to get the banner, the link works fine, but there is no image. i check again in administration site, the banner is there. anyone please help me. the URL is http://www.sarahgifts.com thank you for your cooperation in advanced.
