SECv2.2 is MS2 and Ian's Credit Class and GV and most all of the add-ons from Load 5 and the add-ons that I have always included in my code.

I don't have a french translation.

I don't speak french so I won't be able to do the translation.

You can try to make the older version of SEC work with Load 5 but there are a number of bugs in it that were fixed in the MS2 version.

As to SECv2.2 if you translated MS2 already to french most all the work is done except for a couple files.
