poll booth 2.0

hi the dummy is back .. 
i just tried installing the poll booth contribution from Ian, well i finally managed to gget it running after a cpl of tries but with some prbs :
1 in the admin section , the poll configuration won't work, it gives me an error [b]Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_array_merge() in c:\apache\htdocs\otando\os\catalog\admin\polls.php on line 185[/b]

2. on the catlog page the layout is all gone berzerk .. 

i tried looking where the tep_array_merge function was defined, i cud ot find it anywhere .. so any ideas where it is ??
