Email Address reversed with Email From & X Ord Name Doubled

One thing I have found out for a fact is the email sent to the customer has a return address of the store owner and not from the configuration field which specifies 'Email From'. Many users rely on Send Extra Order Email to get notification of orders. That email is more reliable but strangelyhas the To Email Name doubled up. ie if you configure your shop to send an extra order email: New Order<[email protected]> the email you receive will look thus: To: New Order;New Order Has anybody else taken the time to discover these inconsistencies?
