How do I configure the company field so it's optional?
I want it displayed, but not required.

I've played around with the 'true/false' settings though haven't been able to get it working the way I would like.

As a suggestion, in the admin there should be two options for each.  One for displayed, and one for required.  Some quick code to automatically remove the required attribute is displayed is set to false would be good too.
