Bug In Admin Orders Display (+ Maybe Some Other Places)

I've checked this on MS1 and it still exists (it has been around for a long time) unless it has been fixed very recently. To re-create the problem (do not do this on a live site!!!!):

1. Go to orders in admin.
2. Go to the last page of orders, and delete all of the orders except for the last one.
3. Now delete the last order.
4. You should now see the problem.

What should happen is that you should be taken to the previous page and the relevant orders displayed, but it doesn't. It looks like some of the values are getting changed correctly but not all of them.

1. The page number in the url does not get updated (and stays on the old page that is no longer valid).
2. The displaying xx to yy count has a incorrect value for xx but correct for yy.
3. The page x of y has correct values.

I'm guessing that if the same logic is used elsewhere (e.g. customers, countries, zones etc), then the problem will occur elsewhere. I did start looking at the code to see where the problem was, but I got a bit lost.

Obviously this isn't a major problem, but it could do with being fixed.
