Payment Gateway for InfoDial or PaymentProcessor

Is there an easy way to build a new payment gateway, or can someone do this for me?

I am at a complete loss when I look at the payment processors information.  I do have all the information needed, I think, for this gateway to be done.

I would like this gateway, since they are less expensive than the one I am being charged through the bank.  And a manual and internet merchant account both, are killing us financially.

Please help if you can.
