The Discounts use percentage or actual price mark downs on a per product basis. As to a markup from a price, I do not have that in this Add-on. I have designed that in other commerical packages, so it can be done. You just need to figure out the best way to apply an option like that on the categories.php page and how it applies to the rest of the site.
