FWIW, you might check out [url=http://www.ofbiz.org/]ofbiz[/url]. It certainly no where comes close to matching the ease of development of OSC, but I think it does have the potential to do pretty much what you're talking about once you get it installed and up and running. 

It's a JSP solution, thought, that requires a dedicated server,  I think...
