I guess the above replies both are advising, "Damn the development; full speed ahead!!" Sounds right to me, and M2 has the security fix, which is what I want most anyway. Just for the record, OSCommerce is, as far as my inexperienced eyes can tell, an excellent commerce system. I thank all the developers for their talent, effort and time.
