Auto generate a quote !

Hi all

Would anyone be able to help with the following ?
I have zero programming exp

1. Customer clicks on "Get a quote" (possibly using  wishlist mod) 
2. Adds items 
3. Prints quote with reference number (use PDF contribution here)
4. Goes off and gets PO to match quote 
5. Revisits site and and enters quote reference number 
6. Option to move all items to cart 
7. Checks out and enters PO number 
8. PO number to match reference/order number 

This would be a great contribution if you think you can do it
