how possible to have custom payment module system and sub

I am not developer and not programmer

but I have idea for payment system for every payment gateway

I see more information about payment gateway

so, every system have way to use same all

for post or forward to payment system will be generate to form post for post to payment gateway  and about returen value will be post back to our site


I think this way can be make module have feature for custom payment system by click and slect and filling about value  and change url post to payment system

how can possible,

if can be have I think wil be good and oscommerce can be suport many payment gateway system in the world
