couldnt get it to work on 2000

I could not get it to work on my local machine running windows 2000 server and IIS. I posted to the forums several times but was never able to get anyone to help me figure out why. I had to put the program online to get it to work for me, I use tera-byte.com and they are charging me about $15 a month for the space and the database.
