Update in gcwoc newsgroup but not in CVS?

Hi, 
I just did a cvs update but it seems that I don't get the latest version. 

For example: languages/english.php should be verision 1.113 regarding to the gmane.comp.web.oscommerce.cvs group but I always get 1.112 if I do a cvs update here. 

What is going wrong here?
