Dreamweaver will allow you to do a site search for any string and match the case and or white spacing.  You could then have it change each of those found occurences to a lowercase version with one click of the button - "Replace All".  If you don't have Dreamweaver, you can install the 30 day trial for free.  

I haven't really used the search and replace functions in any other programs so I can't give you any more info than that.
