RE: Disabling Categories

I've used that contribution in quite some CVS's in the past 6 months.

But for a new customer I used the 2.2 MS2, bur there it doesn't work for a 100%.
There are 2 ways of enable/disable categories or products.
Through the menu and by clicking on the red/green led's.
For products, both ways are working.
But for the categories, only the menu way works.
When clicking on a led, the table's are streched, and there's no change in status.
I emailed the writter of the contribution already about it, but he doesn't have time to take a look at it.

I do believe it's a minor change in the nameing in the code of MS2.
But becausee I'm not that good in PHP, I can't find it what's wrong.
One thing that has changed is the addition of (int) in front of $categories for example.

So if anyone could help me out there it would be great.
