Os commerce shipping & payment modules

I'm modifying Os commerce

Os commerce has modules developped for payment (secpay, authorizenet, cc...)  - as well as for shipping (UPS..)

i wish i could use the OS commerce in France. Does anyone know if a shipping module for 'LaPoste' (french postal service) has been developed ? as well as for Fedex ? and Chronopost ?

For the payment processing, 

if my understanding is well the for Credit Card Process (and other modules) is not complete. One must code a final access to a credit card processor when using the CC module. Is it Correct ?

I'm a bit lost with all the online payment offers ? what is the best offer according to you for european countries ? Is there payment modules developped for credit card processing, till the end ? can you explain me what i must do to fullfil the payment process and tell me if my understanding is ok

as a last question, i modify the software so that payment may be done to several different accounts. In fact the virtual store would have several physical shops behind (and several account to pay). Is it technically possible with the payment processors to specify an account when sending the payment order ?

ie : $50 on account X, $60 on account Y
