This is the one that I have used. I was able to make a complete template for it and it only took a few days! Most of the pages I just left as is. I changed all the colors and some graphics. But I did it before I know what PHP was. This is what I think should be done. Then PHPers can PHP and HTMLers can HTML! Then who ever is left can join a cult and do the haircuts and tatoos and whatever else they do. But I would still like to know what phpBB is using.
