I think, recommend for add user + password in admin section 

may be use way call from  user+pass in config file or other way


and I mean user + pass  active at install ready not to change to .htaccess file


recommend to do
and recommend to develop

may be use way swith on and off in config to option of admin password

default password admin = yes or on
and can change to off or no for not using
