Holy smokes, buddy!  With a post like that, you're lucky to get a response...not a good idea to post the entire PHP file to a message...use code clips.

  Go back through the Easypopulate install instructions step by step and double-check your work.  It worked first try for us, although we _did_ have to manually create the catalog/temp folder.  Here's another couple of hints for you: 1) Always have 2 or more products in your file...uploading doesn't always work when only 1 product exists, 2) always double check the store after uploading...now and then with a new category of products, the very first item in your data file is often missing, 3) use a separate data file for each separate category or sub category ...using one big file becomes a hassle after awhile, 4) create a catalog/temp folder on your local machine and browse to it with the Easypopulate admin page rather than ftp'ing the data to the server and then installing it...it's less work and works great.
