But at least you found it.

What it is doing is sorting properly on the Sort Order Value but it is not sorting right on the Sort Order + Alpha

I can do your list in the right order providing I assign the values to each attributes sort order. As I number by 10s this was not horrible, but this is not great either.

I am going to have to play a bit and see why this is being unco-operative.
