OSC admin interface questions

Hi all,

I've heard about OSCommerce, but never really investigated it. The admin demo is currently offline, too, and that was what I had questions about. I'd be very appreciative if someone could answer these questions.

For adding in new items to the catalogue: how much HTML does an end user need to know? Is it all fairly WYSIWYG?

Do the end users need to FTP the images to their account space themselves, or does OSC include some kind of uploading wizard?

I've got a potential client asking questions, and want to know how to answer them. They want to be able to add items to the catalogue themselves.
