Everyday there are changes on the osCommerce v2.2 CVS snapshot.

I based this on 03-24-2003 and do have a copy of this snapshot, btw.

I am also going to bring SEC v1.0 current to date I release it as well, ie. 05-15-2003, give or take a day.

If need be, I will see if I have to downgrade this to 02-17-2003 (MS1) but the changes from MS1 to 03-24-2003 are cleaned up features, bug fixes etc.
