Or they have a fix and just don't want to deal with posting it. Either way I'm going to be looking into this as we've just had an order where the customer didn't click the finish button to return to osc, therefore we don't have the order in the db. I'll either post a fix for it, or say that I wasn't able to fix it at all. Hope it helps someone.
