Need minor help with Product Attributes-Option Type Feature

Hi I installed this ad-on ( http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,160 )

I read the instructions to the letter.
Installed it just fine using the "update" scripts inclueded with the download.

Everything seems to work fine.
The Text Field I made ( "Vehicle Modle" ) even gets sent out with the customers email when they finish checking out just fine and works.

The only this is it does not show up when I try to view the orders in
/admin/orders.php
Everything about the order itself is just fine but where the "Text Field" that was filled in shold pint out all I get is this:
 - Vehicle Make: TEXT 

Where TEXT is about it should be the Vehicle Make that was filled in the "Text Field."


Plus I can't get a drop down list to work (Show Up) with the info I tell it to.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Been messing with that one thing for about 6 hours now.
I need to move on to other things and this is holding me back.
