Restaurant Catering?

I have a client that wants to create a eStore for his restaraunt.  There are 2 main features that need to be worked out:

1) Simply buying a menu item and shipping it. (standard osCommerce, no help needed there)

2) Catering System: They can order preset catering packages as well as any item on the menus.  

Here are the features needed in this section:

-- some sort of calendering that allows the customer to see what dates are open (x number of orders per day/week), with some sort of lock that does not allow catering orders before a certain date.  ie. has to be two weeks out
-- reporting system that shows all the catering orders for a given time frame


Does anyone have anything or know of anything that has atleast some of the calendering options I am looking for?
