Well ... I am anxious to upgrade this as soon as I release the 03-24-2003 snapshot.

There have been a number of modifications and fixes since then that I want in the code.

I know I am going to have SEC v1.0 out by tomorrow night if not sooner for the 03-24-2003 and then as soon as I am able, bring the code current.

So it is up to you which version you want to go with.
