Linda's Attributes Copier 5.1 and Separate Pricing per Customer

Everything works fine except the separate pricing is not writing  to the data table. I've searched the code till my eyes cross and can't figure out where the problem lies. The file in question is admin/categories.php

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
