These, if you have made other changes to 05-18-2003, need to be compared to the existing files and merged in carefully so not to overwrite your existing customization. The NEW FILES folder are new files that should be unique to the 05-18-2003 snapshot. If you have never changed a single file on 05-18-2003, then load the osCommerce snapshot, then load the CHANGED FILES and overwrite any existing files, then load the NEW FILES Follow the instructions in the README.txt file for application_top.php, general.php, the language files like english.php and the stylesheets.
