Shipping - works only upto zone 3 ???

Hi all,

I have tried going through the forums again and again - its been 3 weeks that I have been searching through the forums.

I have zones.php ver 1.16 for shipping and have

$this->num_zones = 7;

I have disabled and enabled this method several times.

Whenever I put the country into zone 3 - the shipping works - as soon as I move that country from zone 3 to zone 4 or upwards - shipping is not calculated and the following message appears

Why does it work only upto zone 3 ?

I have tried several things - but am quite puzzled.
