thanks for your replies,
the "package thing" is what i was thinking of.

Of course you can show a custumer the backoffice and frontend but for most  of those people this is to much at once.
Another point would be the comparison between different systems where a bullet list is definitly easier to look at.

I´ll do some more searching in the web.
