This message was sent from: Features http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?p=183543#183543 ---------------------------------------------------------------- hi all, I've been tackling this one on and off for the last two weeks. Don't use a snap shot, use OSC 2.2 MS1, although the author himself has said that it was created for a late 2002 version of OSC (in another thread). However, the editing and instructions seem to work great (ie. they fit). And I can get it up and running *except* for 2 things: 1. I get an error when I click on "new products" -
Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';' in /var/www/html/online/includes/modules/products_new.php on line 34
2. Pricing works as expected, the correct prices are reflect in random products, shopping cart (calculations work too), product pages, etc, however, product lists has default (retail) prices only, regardless of who logs in. Hope someone can check out this mod, cause I think it's one of the best ones, although it's also one of the hardest to implement. PS. regarding no options for different product pricing in admin, you must set at least two price levels first (one of is the default - retail). The best way to do this is create a user and under customer group type in another (eg discount or wholesale)
