aol user worries

Have my site set up pretty much as I want it, and now I read in the forums that I may have problems with my customers, who are 90% aol users , accessing the site! is this something I should worry about before making the switch? I have over 500 reg customers on my old site each ordering once or twice a week. i cannot afford to lose a week if I switch over and no one can get to the new site. Any suggestions? Are my worries overstated?
