Order history not showing up.

On my site http://www.discountmagazinehouse.com 

The customer My Account/Order History/My Order History is blank even though there are order for the customer. 

Orginally the Admin did not show orders unless you searched by order numbers 

I changed orders.php by deleteing and ot.class = 'ot_total" and the orders ARE showing up on the Admin side. 

Any ideas how fix this
