In florida taxes are for the bill to. If I l am temporarily in New Mexico and I buy an item from a store in Florida and I live in FL (bill to) then I am taxed as the purchaser and not because of the address it is going to. Also, for us taxes gets charged once regardless of state or county etc. So state tax is 6%, and say like St Lucie has county tax of 1% - then tax is 7% to collect and on receipt. When reported is the only time it is broken down.
