Got it installed! But now... where do I start

Yep... I can work with it on my machine.

this is great considering where I come from.

Every steps where baby steps but a slow progression until I finally got it working.

Now.. this is good but ... where do I start.

Is there any kind of books or documents on what I can do with this application and how?

I'm not talking about programming here... simply using the application.

Adding products, categories seems easy to understand but other things like sales tax, banners etc...
