Problem with New Products showing up,

Heyas all,
I am having a problem with new products showing up in the bottom of my pages when I import. Some sites will still show and some not. Can someone look at this http://www.giftmallz.com/ and see if you have any ideas why they dont show up and which file I should be looking at. I have been working on the config.php but it is obvious thats not the right one to edit this situation.
