Store Owner Terrorism!!!

At present there is a war going on with owners and sellers of cigarette websites using oscommerce.

Ex.

QuickCarton.com
TheTobaccooutlet.com
GrabAsmoke.com
Ship-Smokes.com
10-packs.com
etc..

Store Owners are going back and forth signing up for user account names and writing bad reviews in order to discredit the business site owner. Is there any way to avoid this other than disabling reviews?

I am the owner of QuickCarton.com and though I don't participate in this war, I seem to have become a collateral casualty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
