reserve a product in reserve box

I would like to do the following and I would be very glad if somebody can help me with it.

All my products at my shop have the quantity 1. So every product can be bought just one time.
Now I want to have something like a reserve box. A 1_customer can put a product into his own reserve box (similiar to shopping cart). If a product is in a reserve box of a customer that product should be viewable for all other customers but not available to buy until the 1_customer delete it from his reserve box. 

Does somebody know how to establish such a reserve box? Maybe I can change the shopping cart that it works like a reserve box?
