This message was sent from: Features http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?p=210121#210121 ---------------------------------------------------------------- I think I understand the question and the answer would be YES. MySql and PHP work together quite easily. The hard part comes in when "you" have to learn either how to program and/or hire someone to do it for you. The program your talking about doesn't sound very hard (provided your not trying to implement into oscommerce) and you just want to run it directly from your website. I would suggest getting one of the Teach Yourself PHP type books and possibly "PHP and MySQL Website Development" which are published by SAM. I've taught myself enough to do some minor maitenance and program corrections for contributions, but not enough to do a whole contribution for oscommerce yet. Fortunately there are enough contributions coming in that most of what I need seems to be contributed and if not, I wait a few days and sure enough someone seems to add one. Then I just fix the inevitable errors that seem to result from installing on my website with other contributions. Good luck
