Downloading in Bulk the New Orders, then upload UPS info

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possbile to download all new orders into a csv file so that it can be uploaded into UPS Worldship for processing?

Then, when the orders have been processed within the UPS Worldship, is it possible to upload the tracking numbers in bulk to the particular website?
